Shipping cost is dependent on the size, weight and complexity of your order as well as the shipping destination region.

Shipping starts at 4 € for domestic orders (Sweden) and 4.5 € for international orders. An infantry unit typically costs 4.5 € or 6 € for domestic and international shipping respectively.

All orders are shipped using economy untracked shipping service. Tracked shipping service or express delivery may be added for an additional fee. Tracked shipping cost is stated as an option upon checkout. For express delivery, please contact us and we will look at the options for your order.

Heavier domestic orders, international orders exceeding 100 € in value or orders containing commission paintings will have the tracked shipping service included.

We ship from Åkarp, Sweden.

We can’t deliver to the following countries and regions. Orders placed with delivery location to these will be cancelled and refunded: Alaska/Hawaii, Haiti, Lichenstein, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Micronesia, Morocco, Netherlands Antilles, Niue, Réunion, Russia, St. Peirre & Miquelon, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Wallis & Futuna, Western Sahara, Yemen.

We use Postnord Logistics for domestic and international shipping. If you want another courier, please let us know and we will check if it’s available in our region. Note that using another courier may increase shipping cost and incur other fees for you.

We offer local pick up within Lund or Malmö, Sweden. Selecting this option upon checkout will make shipping free. When the order is ready we will be in touch with you to arrange a time and place for delivery.

Handling time is dependent on if the order contains items that need to be produced, and if so, how large and complex they are. You can find production time estimates on each item page in our shop. Please note that print failures may extend the handling time.

When an order for 3D-printed items is placed, it may enter into queue until a slot on our printing schedule is available. Orders will be printed chronologically.

You can review the status of your order at any time on your account page. When your order is ready we aim to hand it to our courier within 3 business days.

Digital items will be available immediately after purchase.

For domestic shipping within in Sweden, our estimate is 3-7 business days. For international shipping, our estimate is 5-28 business days depending on your location. The delivery time may be extended around Holiday seasons.

All prices in our shop are shown without taxes and customs charges. VAT, if applicable, will added automatically upon checkout or to invoices and will be valid for members of the European Union. Countries that are members of the European Union may be relieved of import duties and additional costs depending on your country's import policies.

Import duties, additional taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping offers. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
